Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Month Assignment
Job Description:
- Support departmental need for marketing programs and ad-hoc reporting and presentations.
- Responsible for the ad promo/educational approval workflows, trade show content and logistics, and for ensuring all digital channels are up-to-date and presenting consistently.
- Define and refine the process for updating content and manages workflow, bringing best practices and efficiency to the process.
- Support ad hoc marketing activities and projects as needed.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- Must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be able to communicate efficiently both internally and externally, and work competently in cross functional teams.
- Individual must be detail oriented, organized, and have strong critical thinking skills to balance many often-changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential to attaining optimal performance in this position.
- 2 – 5+ years experience. Will be responsible for providing client service; interfacing with client on a daily basis.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with the Veeva Vault Promo Mats platform and experience in tradeshow planning and logistics.
