Title: Sales Analyst III

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Analyst III to support sales compensation, reporting, and customer usage analysis within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools. Prior experience in fleet administration and business reporting is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute compensation pay and reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze customer usage data for ID NOW instruments and assays to determine customer status (new, lost, at-risk) and instrument utilization trends.
- Maintain and manage a monthly database tracking customer activity and changes in instrument/assay usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Identify and resolve issues related to compensation, fleet administration, and customer reporting.
- Present findings and insights clearly to management and stakeholders across various departments.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales compensation, pay and reporting cycles.
- 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within sales or marketing finance functions.
- Prior experience with fleet administration preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex and sometimes ambiguous data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Business Objects, and Business Warehouse.
- Familiarity with tools such as Access, Pivotal, DSS, and Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale data modeling projects to solve business problems.
