Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Alameda CA
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of extension)
Responsibilities
- Experience in Excel V-lookups, ability to do tables and link tables.
- Macro exp. a strong Plus but not required.
- Good communication, ability to multi-task, strong learning agility or quick learner who can pick up easily and fast.
- Microsoft proficient (all platforms but a huge plus would be exp. w/Power BI, Access, and PowerPoint)
- Agile experience, Veeva experience, experience in matrixed organization.
- Communication with cross functional team members, excel analysis, report gathering.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
