• Structural Heart Division
• Entry level position – 0-3 years’ experience
• Microsoft Office experience required
• Med device experience nice to have
• Complaints coming from sales, adverse event, malfunctions, etc.
• Document, coding to follow trends with products
• Regulatory experience nice to have
• Clinical/medical experience okay
• Jr. Regulatory experience okay
• Time management – able to meet deadlines, manage workload
• QA experience nice to have
• Takes file load and managing, coding, procedure descriptions,
• Adaptable, motivated, self-taught
• Microsoft knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Sciences preferred
• Complaint handling experience a plus
• Customer service, claims backgrounds, high volume
