Title: Engineer, Manufacturing

Location: Plymouth, MN

Duration: 12 Months

Role is 1st shift Front Line Manufacturing Engineer (5 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday)

Responsibilities:

• Supporting new ablation catheter product launch – mix of electrical, magnetic, mechanical product building
• Will work frequently with Excel and the rest of the Microsoft Suite (Word, PPT, etc.)
• Will be very hands on with production, building catheters (scrap dissections, working with operators, equipment troubleshooting)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in engineering required; internship experience, hands on experience preferred
• 0-3 years of experience preferred
• Will work frequently with Excel and the rest of the Microsoft Suite (Word, PPT, etc.)
• Will be very hands on with production, building catheters (scrap dissections, working with operators, equipment troubleshooting)
• Key focus for this team is yield improvement
• Previous medical device experience preferred
• Operation experience – front line, day to day hands on experience nice to have
• Being on floor 80% of day, responding to escalations from Operators
• Defining and taking actions as needed
• Basic equipment troubleshooting
• Relationship building important
• Problem solving, proactive, work independently
