Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and processes through effective root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), data analysis, and project management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Root Cause Analysis: Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues by determining the root cause of defects and implementing effective solutions.
• Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Develop, implement, and monitor CAPA plans to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Project Management: Lead and participate in quality improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and achievement of project goals.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality issues, CAPA activities, and project progress.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to drive quality improvements and ensure product excellence.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis techniques and CAPA processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA).
