Title: Chemist

Location: Pomona CA

Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of extension)

Responsibilities :

• BS in Chemistry 7+ years experience or MS in Chemistry 2+ years experience.
• Working knowledge of above instruments, strong lab skills.
• Strong documentation skills, strong GMP, GLP.
• May have publications, or experience in presentation of findings to scientific organizations.
• Looking for an experienced chemist/toxicologist to join our Analytical Chemistry.
• Perform LCMS test method development for drug testing in oral fluid and urine samples
• Perform test method characterization (TMC) and validations (TMV) for LCMS product release of calibrators and controls.
• These cals and controls are used in conjunction with urine or oral fluid drugs of abuse assays run on clinical chemistry analyzers.
• Some of the assays are 510(k) cleared.

Qualifications :

• Experience developing/performing TMCs and/or TMVs on LCMS Ideally, the candidate would have direct experience with:
• Shimadzu LCMS
• Hamilton liquid handler, such as STAR, STARlet, or Nimbus
• Working in FDA regulated environment
