Title: R&D Software Engineer III

Location: St. Paul, MN

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

• Looking for 5 - 7+ yrs of experience.
• Experience with the impact assessment of software patches and upgrades.
• Responsible for implementing research software to support the development of electroanatomic mapping solutions to help guide catheter ablation procedures for treating cardiac arrhythmias.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience with C++/C, Python, OpenGL
• Strong data analysis, signal processing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in Linux shell scripts, Perl, and/or Python.
• Working knowledge of Linux development environment tools.
• Education: Requires Bachelor's degree and/or related experience.
• Develop, create, and modify general computer application software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
• Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
• May supervise computer programmers.
