Title: Production Artwork Technician

Location: Temecula, CA

Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary:

This is not a creative design role; it's focused on production artwork. It doesn't involve much Photoshop work. It's more about aligning blocks of text and placing symbols on labels, all in compliance with ISO and FDA regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize a range of applications including Adobe Creative Cloud (excluding Photoshop), Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and label design software such as EasyLabel and BarTender.
• Support the development and organization of proprietary content and intellectual property.
• Adhere strictly to all relevant regulations and company compliance standards.
• Perform document formatting by transferring and organizing content from Microsoft Word into Adobe InDesign.
• Label creation includes placing data and symbols onto a label template and transferring information into a database
• Conduct basic database population and perform regular data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in all document layouts and printed materials
• Instructions for use creation includes working with styles and formatting in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft word. 

Education:

• Associates degree
• Entry level & equivalent years of experience but someone out of college is also preferred.
• Applicant within a quality background is desired
• Need to know standard regulations and medical industry
