Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse III to provide comprehensive occupational health services to employees at our Temecula, CA facility. This role is responsible for delivering medical care, managing workplace injury cases, coordinating health programs, and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory health and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health, workers' compensation case management, and employee wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational health services, including first aid response, treatment, and care for employees.
  • Manage and coordinate employee injury and illness cases, including workers' compensation claims and case management.
  • Administer and oversee medical surveillance programs, health screenings, and regulatory compliance logs.
  • Maintain and manage medical supplies, ensuring availability and proper inventory.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Occupational Health and Safety teams to implement and oversee health programs.
  • Develop and deliver employee training on occupational health and safety topics.
  • Serve as an active participant in Emergency Response and Safety teams.
  • Work closely with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) and Human Resources teams to promote workplace safety and wellness initiatives.
  • Partner with employees, managers, and supervisors to proactively reduce workplace injuries and implement effective return-to-work programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational health, employee wellness, or workplace injury case management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation regulations and case management best practices.
  • Experience managing medical surveillance programs and compliance reporting.
  • Ability to develop and conduct employee training programs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or corporate environment preferred.
