LiveHire partners with WithYouWithMe

Aligned in our commitment to solving the future of work and especially the future of the worker, LiveHire and WithYouWithMe (WYWM) have come together with a shared purpose – to connect extraordinary talent with the right organisations.

WYWM was created to help under-utilised groups, such as military veterans, students, and professional athletes, become competitive in the job market.  Born out of a mission to solve big problems, they use innovative tech solutions, industry-leading training and qualitative labour market analysis to solve unemployment across the globe.

LiveHire’s technology seamlessly extends the WYWM solution by removing the application barriers that cause inequality and lack of diversity in a workplace, creating an equal playing field for all talent with instant two-way communication, and an unrivalled personal candidate experience. The partnership will initially see candidates from WYWM’s university program given access to LiveHire Talent Communities, providing them with access to some of Australia’s largest employers.

The value in this partnership lies in the end-to-end solution it provides to candidates, with WYWM arming them with critical, job-specific skills, and LiveHire providing the platform that connects the critically skilled talent to great organisations.

LiveHire’s CEO Christy Forest says:

“At LiveHire, we have long admired the work and mission of WYWM, and are delighted to formalise a partnership that aligns our shared purpose and commitment. We look forward to the positive impact we will have together on candidates who will be engaged and hired by companies who see their full potential.”

WithYouWithMe Co-founder & CEO Tom Moore says:

“When we come across an organisation such as LiveHire, that is focussed on solving problems on a big scale and resisting the institutional imperative – we want to work with them to achieve more.

The Future of the Worker is only going to become more important in the coming years, and Aussie start-ups are in a great place to work together to help solve unemployment. If we are to really make big changes in this country – we need to find like-minded leaders and stand together.”

To kick off the partnership LiveHire’s CEO, Christy Forest, will speak at the launch of WYWM’s University Program at Western Sydney University, where the company has partnered with AustCyber to train 75 undergrad students in cyber security on 16 and 17 August 2018.
