Alastair and his team help TQ’s clients navigate the increasingly complex HR and talent technology landscape, ensuring they make the right tech investment, solution design and architecture decisions. This work includes advising CEOs and HR decision makers on talent tech innovation and market trends, future-state planning, solving critical people issues via tech and AI, solution design and implementation, user journey mapping and tech platform integration.
Alastair is passionate about the role of technology, automation and AI for both talent and employers, ensuring businesses build the right technology stack and they utilise AI and automation to enhance the talent experience, as well as deliver accurate workforce intelligence.
